What is Integration Coaching?

Integration Coaching is a complementary journey to any leadership and organizational evolution program. It builds generative practices and sustainable transformation by integrating the new learnings and insights in the everyday practices, culture and dynamics of a team or organization to accelerate their evolution.
When investing in training and facilitated programs, so much of the learning ends up being translated into little progress, simply because insights and new practices land into the usual soil.
To create a new ecology, we need to cultivate a rich soil, in which we can transcend old patterns and integrate new ones.
Then we really start to see the shifts.
