Alessandra supported me developing and navigating through a period of disruptive change. As her strengths I would mention empathy, perspective, offering different point of view for reflection, understanding my needs and designing a journey to support my development, being present and available.
Always in sync with business and system thinking/perspective.
I benefitted most from her ability to connect thinking/mind with the body, releasing inner strength, even through purely online sessions.

Living and Leading in Love and in Trust

In the first 20 years of my career I have worked for big corporations and small companies, I have founded a tech startup, I have seen it growing and then failing. I have led multi-cultural teams spread over the world and I have lived in 3 continents.
For the past 10 years I have been a coach. My masters in applied positive psychology and coaching psychology have opened the door into how we flourish as leaders and human beings. My deep dive in somatics took me into the fabric of our unbounded Self, its complexities and relational nature. My certifications as executive and team coach taught me the importance of courage, humility and discipline in the coaching process.
I have coached executives and young talents in different industries, accompanied them through their business and life challenges, guided them into bringing to life the realities they were dreaming of and creating more powerful ones. My mission is to create conditions for a kinder future for the generations to come.
I have created programs to build resilience, expand consciousness and hold complex realities with-in ourselves and with-out, in our relational field and in our world. I have researched courage and how we feel it in our bodies, how we express it in our lives and how we enact it though our choices.
My preference is to work in contexts and projects where I can apply my expertise in creating courageous containers, within which possibilities are co-generated, rather than deliver outputs that are based on my domain expertise. I’m motivated by seeing individuals and collectives connect to higher possibilities for themselves, their communities and our world. My approach to change is interdisciplinary, praxis-, presence- and science-based.
I am approachable, open-minded, insanely curious and compassionate, but also fierce in driving better futures, demanding in the quality of work I produce, and disciplined in my work organization. I pride myself of thinking in terms of “good for all”, rather than pushing personal agendas. My practice is to stay engaged, present, transparent and in generative listening.
I am passionate about life and communities, about our infinite capacity for transformation and connection, our shared longing to belong and have a positive impact, and that space in-between in which we become and all is possible.
The commitment that orients my life is to create and contribute to a kinder future, by restoring relational channels and a deep sense of connection with ourselves, others, our communities and our world and enacting an ethic of care.
Great emphasis in my work is placed on the relational field, that space-in-between, in which we both self actualize and actualize productive realities. In my action I place emphasis on decolonialize our systems and relationships, while enriching them with kaleidoscopic knoweldge.
My job is about weaving threads. Opportunities for connection and for being in relationship with our Self, others or our world. Channels in which life flows and energy builds, new shapes form, new possibilities find expression.
Once the threads are there, all is connected and all is possible.
I weave mycelium for a kinder future.

I did a 3-month program and coaching with Alessandra with my team and found it incredibly productive and impactful. Alessandra helped us to really appreciate our different ways of working and also to take seriously all aspects of work/life balance. We also focused on building resilience. I think the unique approach was how direct, intensive and inter-personal the training was and how it improved various aspects of our personal and professional lives. I would absolutely recommend Alessandra's training and coaching to others who are willing to put in the work and be open to self-reflection and building new perspectives
